Students had the opportunity to learn about the University of Nebraska Lincoln during the college visit that took place on Sept. 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m in the A100 forum.

During the college visit, students heard from representatives about what programs were available on campus and what student life was like. 

“Students got to ask questions to the representatives about the university,” Kali Almond, school counselor said. “They also got to learn more about what the school has to offer.

Juniors and seniors were both eligible to attend.

“I was really looking forward to it,” junior Joanita Mensah said. “I had hoped to find out what kind of programs they focus on. I wanted to find out what is important to the school to find out if it’s like what is important to me.”

Another college visit from Northwest Missouri State University will be taking place on Oct. 6 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m in the A100 Forum.
