Joshua Carl, Editor/Writer
Hey y’all! My name is Joshua Carl and I’m a junior at Southwest. This is my first year in Mass Media and I’m excited to get outside of my comfort zone and explore journalism.
At Southwest, I’m involved almost exclusively in the vocal music program, including Varsity Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Resonance Show Choir (u/s Grinch!), and Hawktet (select varsity mixed a capella group). I’m also involved in Silver Hawk Theatre, as an actor and a part of the leadership team as Historian and Webmaster.
Outside of school, I have hobbies ranging from photography (I own a business!) to writing and producing my own music!
