Lincoln Southwest high school boys and girls swim and dive starts their season on Thursday, Nov. 30, against Lincoln East at Lincoln Southwest’s pool.
“I’m looking forward to see how our team does,” senior Chloé Hale said. “I think our season will be a little bit rough because we don’t have a lot of numbers but we will still do good individually.”
Swim and dive have morning and afternoon practices, the morning practices are an hour long and the afternoon practices are two hours long. During the practices the team tries to get down the different techniques that are used.
“We have two times for practices, morning and afternoon practices ,” freshman Emmy Heinrich said. “Our morning practices are an hour and our afternoons are two hours.”
Lincoln Southwest Boys and Girls dive will compete against Lincoln East on Thursday, Nov. 30, at 4:30 p.m. and swim will compete after at 5:30 p.m.
