This is Boots Riley’s first time writing and directing a motion picture. He is also known for his music group, “The Coup.”

“Sorry To Bother You,” achieved its goal of being an inconvenient commentary on capitalism, and how it can degrade a person.

When I first watched “Sorry To Bother You” in the theatre it was like an absurdist rollercoaster, and I mean that in the best way possible. I was literally gripping onto my seat at each twist, and turn the film threw at me.

The story will leave you speechless, the cast is engaging, and the cinematography is absolutely bewitching.
