Fall Pumpkin Patch Fun

During the fall months, one of the activities a student can do is go to a pumpkin patch. Some of the ones closest to Lincoln are Roca Berry Farm, Vala’s Pumpkin Patch, JK’s Pumpkin Patch, and Bellevue Berry and Pumpkin Patch. Each of the farms have family activities, and a few offer frightening after-hours attractions as well.

 

Vala’s Pumpkin Patch

HOURS: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 

PRICING: Weekends – $22.00/person

     Weekdays – $12.00/person

 

ACTIVITIES: Hayrack Rides, Walk-throughs, Interactive games, play-sets, slides, jumping pillows, mini golf and challenge course/zipline

 

HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS: Haunted Farmhouse, Trail and Graveyard

 

POPULAR FOODS: Kettle corn, funnel cakes, chili, soups, pie, comfort foods, fries, chicken breasts/fingers, onion rings and turkey legs.

Roca Berry Farm

HOURS: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

    Weekdays – $9.00/person

 

ACTIVITIES: Rosie the Giant Rocking Horse, 3 Little Pigs, Corn Corral and Maze, Duck Races, Hayrack Ride, Playground, Jumping Pillows, Candyland Game, Photo Scream Booth, Puzzle Mazes and multiple slides

 

HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS: Roca Scary Farm – offers Haunted Manor, Psychopath, Sinister Circus, Haunted Hayride and House of Illusion

 

POPULAR FOODS: Apple cider, candy apples, pizza, baked beans, funnel cakes, hot chocolate, kettle corn and donuts

PRICING: General admission – $11.00/person

 

ACTIVITIES: Barnyard Petting Zoo, Corn Box, Charlottes Web Climber, Corn Maze, Pirate Ship, Face painting and Hayrack Rides.

 

HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS: None

 

POPULAR FOODS: Caramel apple kettle corn, funnel cakes, fried pickle chips, hotdogs, grilled cheese and caramel apples.

Bellevue Berry and Pumpkin Patch
